2024 New Year's Eve Crystal Ball Unveiled

Thousands of people from all over the world make their way to the big Apple this time of year, not just for the holidays, but of course, for the famous New Year's Eve ball drop in Times Square. Here's a look at what the ball will look like. This New Year's 321, it's almost 2024 and just days before the iconic celebration, our news, 12 crews got a sneak peek of this year's theme. It's a bow tie. Crystal Ball Times Square was known as the bow tie back in the day because from an aerial view, it's two triangles coming together in the shape of a bow tie. We now have that same pattern on the ball itself. And what happens in Vegas apparently doesn't stay there. This year's design and special pattern was created in partnership with Fountain Blue Las Vegas. And for the first time ever, the will be re lit after the countdown to imagine that New York and Las Vegas have something in common for the first time this year here in Times Square is just really great. And for those of you wondering at home, how many crystal triangles are on this year's ball 2688 to be exact. And this year's ball weighs nearly six tons. We get to be on this global stage with our brand's touch right on one of the most iconic moments that we get to experience every year. And if you thought it couldn't get any more legendary, think again, singer and songwriter, Paul Anka is set to be one of the special guests to lead this year's countdown.
