California Introduces Bill to Ban Popular Candies Such as Skittles, Nerds

A new bill proposed in California would ban popular candies like skittles and nerds along with other processed food items that contain chemicals linked to health problems. The bill would ban processed foods with the chemicals red dye number three, titanium, dioxide, vegetable oil and more. Now, the chemicals have often been put in processed foods to make them last longer, taste better and look more enticing. The European Union has already banned those chemicals for their link to cancer.
